Your recruiting profile
Everything coaches need to know about you lives in one place with us: UTR and LK, your results, your Recruiting Video, school grades and your preferences for region and field of study. We also note how much your family can realistically contribute per academic year and which scholarship you’re aiming for. This profile becomes your target list — and the basis of every message to coaches.
Personal outreach to coaches
Our network includes more than 2,700 college coaches across all divisions — NCAA I to III, NAIA and NJCAA. We don’t send them mass emails; we write to each one personally, with the coach’s name, their university and your profile. A duplicate-contact block makes sure no coach ever gets your profile from us twice.
No coach gets lost
Coach replies go straight to your advisor and are detected automatically. Coaches who don’t respond get a friendly follow-up after one week and again after two — but only then. As soon as a coach replies or passes, the sequence stops. That way no interest goes unanswered, and nobody gets flooded with emails.
A full overview of your progress
For every player, we see at a glance how many coaches have been contacted, who has replied, who we’re having calls with and which offers are on the table. Every email, every reply and every note on a coach is traceable — even when several people on our team are working with you.
Comparing offers fairly
We record every college offer with its scholarship, annual cost after scholarship and deadline. That way you compare offers on a clear basis, keep an eye on the costs for your family and never miss a deadline.
Technology helps — your advisor decides with you
The system takes routine work off our hands, leaving more time for what matters: honest assessments, conversations with coaches and the decision about which college fits you athletically, academically and personally. You always have one dedicated contact person from our team.
