General Terms and Conditions (Allgemeine Geschäftsbedingungen, AGB) for participation in the College Tennis Showcase 2026
Organizer: College Tennis Zick, Charly Zick, Am Hackelanger 6b, 81241 München
1. Registration & conclusion of contract
Registration is binding and is made via the online form. By submitting the registration, the participant makes an offer to conclude a contract. The contract is concluded upon the registration confirmation by email.
2. Terms of payment
The participation fee must be paid in full within 14 days of receipt of the invoice. If payment is not made on time, the participant will receive a written payment reminder setting a grace period of 7 days. If this grace period expires without payment, the organizer is entitled to allocate the place to another person; the obligation to pay remains unaffected. Upon expiry of the grace period, the participant is in default (Verzug); statutory default interest as well as necessary reminder and collection costs may be claimed.
3. Cancellation & withdrawal by the participant
Cancellations are only possible in writing by email. The following applies (the date of receipt of the cancellation is decisive):
- up to 90 days before the start of the event: 100% refund
- 89 to 30 days before the start of the event: 50% refund
- < 30 days before the start of the event or no-show: no refund
4. Scope of services & changes
The program, schedule, content and coaches deployed may be adjusted for organizational reasons, provided that the overall character of the event is not materially changed. There is no entitlement to a price reduction.
5. Liability
Participation is at the participant’s own risk. The organizer is liable only for damage caused by intent or gross negligence. No liability is accepted for items brought along. Participants are advised to take out adequate health, accident and personal liability insurance.
6. Photo/video and media rights
By registering, participants consent to the organizer using photo and video recordings made during the event for information and marketing purposes, without restriction as to time, place or content. An objection may be made in writing before the start of the event.
7. Cancellation or postponement by the organizer
In the event of force majeure, official requirements or an insufficient number of participants, the event may be cancelled or moved. If the event is cancelled, the participation fee will be refunded in full. Any further claims (e.g. travel/accommodation costs) are excluded.
8. Final provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. To the extent permitted by law, the place of jurisdiction (Gerichtsstand) is the organizer’s registered place of business (Munich). Should individual provisions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
